Friday Find: Lib Dub Proposal

Ok, it took me awhile to watch this viral video. I thought "aw..another lip dub proposal..cute..been there, done that." But then I finally sat down and forced myself to watch the whole thing since the "interwebs" seemed to be going crazy over it. 4 minutes later, I was reaching for a tissue, crying at my desk...if I had a dollar...

So here's the deal: The beginning part is cute, fun, quirky, entertaining. If you get tired of it, skip ahead to 2:50 and watch from there. It's really sweet and I don't know how he got that many friends and family involved in this! I think Huffington Post (UK) said it best:

"You see why we're practically lost for words now? How the hell did he do it? As much as we adore our friends and family, there is absolutely no way we'd ever be able to organize them all into doing something like this. Half of them would be late, sick or go to the wrong car park. It would almost definitely rain. And our chances of persuading everyone we know to learn the words to a One Direction track are practically zilch."

Friday Find: Groomsmen Dance

So at first I thought..."Ok. Another groom and his groomsmen performing an awkward dance for the bride...great." But this one...this one was different. The beginning is bit rough when he tries to sing along with the microphone. But THEN...THEN!!! around 1:00 in, it just gets awesome.

These guys are actually really GOOD! Their choreography is spot on and together, these guys can MOVE. This is a revelation. PS. Guy in the sunglasses to the left behind the groom? Um. Yes please.

Friday Find: "Falling" in Love!

Today's Friday Find teaches us why it's important not to have wedding pictures taken on the limb of a tree!  Thank goodness this couple wasn't sitting any higher up!

I talked to many people about this article the day I read it: Fake Death Marriage Proposal: Alexey Bykov Faked His Own Death To Propose. I was very upset reading the article...and even more upset watching the video.


This man needs some serious help....

Friday Find: How Embarassing!

Happy Friday Find! Chris and I are off to another wedding this weekend and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you all next week!

Today's find is quite embarrassing! Mental note to self: Next time I'm in a wedding, do NOT decide to enter carrying a groomsman on my back! At least she had on cute pink underwear. She takes this like a champ.

Friday Find: The Wedding Video Official Trailer

This movie really looks pretty...um...low-budget shall we say. BUT I have to admit there are some pretty funny moments in this trailer, as cliche and predictable as they are ("So at that special moment...wedding filled with butterflies!!") I would watch this when it comes out on video, for free...but I'd be lying if I said I had zero interest in seeing it...after all, when am I ever known to turn down anything having to do with weddings?! It really would be for research ;)

Friday Find: Marathon of a Wedding

I'm all for physical fitness, and running. And I admire anyone who can run a marathon, but this is taking it just a bit too far! Kudos to them though, perhaps Chris and I should get training for our first marathon for when we want to renew our vows!

I have a feeling that one's going to be a hard sell.

Friday Find: "But here I am...and here we go again"

Hey guys! After holding off on this for years, I've finally put Saying "I do" on Facebook!! Be sure to like my page...only if you want ;)

Chris and I are headed to Pennsylvania this weekend for our 2nd wedding of the year: Tori and Clay. Tori is my friend, and second cousin (thought we didn't find out we were related until we met in homeroom and became friends our freshman year of High School!) I haven't seen Tori in many, many years, but we have been catching up recently on facebook, and anytime I would run into her when I was in PA it was always great to catch up with her. Tori and Clay are using Storymix Media for their wedding video, which will include the use of their new iphone app! I can't wait to try this app out first hand and be a part of capturing some great video footage of their big day!

In honor or attending another actual wedding, I'm posting what I think is a really sweet wedding video today.

Friday-Find: Viral Video Proposal

Happy Friday! The sun is shining, summer has "unofficially", officially arrived and I get out of work at 4:00 on Fridays! Things are certainly looking good. I am super pumped for this summer, even if it going to be super busy (seriously, my dad asked me to send him our free weekend days for the summer and my email literally read "June 30th".)

Any-who, this video went viral last weekend, but I wanted to make sure that everyone has seen it by now, because it's too cute not to share! I love the dancing girl in red, I think she's adorable. I love the "dancing jews" when Bruno Mars sings "Dancing Juice"...I love...ok, how about you just watch it for yourself? If you've already seen this 12,000 times, why not watch it again?

Friday Find: Whoops...Freudian Slip?!

Happy Friday! I'm back with another Friday wedding find for you all! I'm heading off to Pennsylvania tomorrow for my friend, Molly's, Bridal Shower and Bachelorette Party and I couldn't be more excited! Less than two months till her big day, and I gotta get my bridesmaid dress!!

Today I bring to you this amazing video thankfully captured by this bride and groom's wedding guest. Thank GOODNESS this bridal party and their guests have a great sense of humor!

Friday Find: World's Oldest Newlyweds

Happy Friday! This video and article from two weeks ago is too cute for words: The World's Oldest Newlyweds Have Combined Age of 193. This couple is proving that truly - you can find love at any age!

You know what's equally as awesome? My dad sent me this article saying it would be good for the blog. Thanks dad, for keeping me on my toes with great wedding finds like this!

She's funny, charismatic, and confident...and I never would have been able to do this as successfully as her.
