Wedding Recap: The Ceremony

After spending the morning getting ready at our house, my girls, my parents, Dakota (My sister's boyfriend), and I all piled into the limousine and headed over to the church for our 3:00 ceremony. We arrived at about 2:50 so I had some time to wait in the limo. You can imagine, I was pretty much dying inside at this particular moment.
Dad helped me get out of the limo
And I make my way into the church!!
I felt totally secret service style because at the church the entire entrance-way is glass doors. So if I just walked in everyone would have seen me, including Chris. So the limo drivers had my bridesmaids make a wall to block me so I could walk to the side and stay hidden. Not the best picture of me...but you get the idea, haha!
And then it began, and it's all just a bit blur to me! Chris' parents head down the aisle:
Our Bridal Party makes their way down the aisle:

And finally, I head into the church
I was just keeping it together for most of the way down. I was definitely nervous, definitely taking really deep breaths to stay calm, and the second I reached the front of the church, a huge tear collected in the side of my right eye (I really don't know why it was just one eye) and I had to brush it away before we were seated. I kiss my parents..
Wiping away a tear...
And they take their seats next to Grandpa!

And the ceremony begins:
 Kerry does her reading perfectly
And Ben does a pretty darn good job, too!!
We steal glances at each other...

And then we're done!! We're married!!!
We headed out of the church, relieved, happy and ready to PARTAY! But not before a realllllllly long receiving line and taking photos with our Bridal Party!

Aww..what a beautiful couple! Nearly two years of planning and it's over in a flash. Well, not really just the wedding part. The reception is a whole different story! I guess it's true that it's not the destination it's the journey!
