I posted this picture from my friend Ben over a year ago, but wanted to bring it back.
Last week I finally full on (as in paid for a 3 month membership- signed up for weight watchers.) I'm liking the new system so far: it's great that fruits and veggies are zero points.
One thing's for sure, I am bursting at the seams to start running outside again. Spring is so close I can feel it, and I really miss my morning runs either at home or in Central Park, which I was doing pretty much every day last year. I'm excited to get back into the running mindset and I think it will really help.
