Today's question is: "Do you sleep with your engagement/wedding ring on?"
I don't sleep with my ring on, I don't shower with my ring on, and I don't go to the gym with my ring on. I actually keep it in the original box it came in when I take it off at home, and also when I pack it in my gym bag. I know I take a risk by packing it in my gym bag, but I really don't like to wear it when I work out (fingers swell, hurts when lifting weights, etc.) and I have a strict regiment that works for me and my ring.
