Wedding Recap: SHOUT

Without a doubt, my all-time favorite wedding song is SHOUT. It has literally played at every single wedding I have been to over the past 3 years and it's always the best crowd-pleaser! I was super excited when our band started to play it.
I'm not really sure when, or how, it started...but one time years ago at a wedding during the "a little bit softer now...a little bit softer now"  part when everyone gets down real low...I just never stopped and ended up sprawled out on the dance floor with my friends huddled around me. Ever since then....it's just what I do at weddings.
At Kerry's OWN wedding when SHOUT came on, she interrupted the conversation she was in the middle of because she "Had to go see Laura's dance" .....it's that good ;)
I requested SHOUT to our Band...but the end of the night was nearing and they still hadn't played it...which got some of my friends nervous. Luckily, my friend Ashley marched right on up to them and requested they play it next.

A little bit softer now...
a little bit softer now....
The band kept it going for waayyy longer than normal....
and going....
Time to get back up!
And then, in a surprising twist ending, I somehow ended up into a rousing rendition of trenches with my friend James!
I was hesitant to post the video...mostly because most of it is just me awkwardly dancing, but this was such a fun moment of the wedding, I think I shall make an exception. This was near the end of the night when all our closest friends were on the dance floor dancing like crazy for the last half hour. Be sure to check out my mom dancing her butt off with all the "youngin's" in the pink dress in the back!

By far....One of my TOP 5 moments from the day!
